Gulf (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan): 2–4 business days. Türkiye: 2–5 days. EU & UK: 4–7 days. Russia & Belarus: 7–14 days. Rest of world: 10–20 business days. The clock starts from order confirmation, not from when you placed it.
Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
Standard shipping is $7.50 for orders below $50 in most destinations. Free shipping is automatic on orders above $50 within the Gulf region (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan). The exact charge is shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
Carriers & Tracking
We partner with Aramex, SMSA, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Yurtiçi, CDEK and Russian Post depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once the package ships, and it also appears on your order page under /account/orders. For tracking help, write to info@shopandbeauty.com.
Customs & International Duties
Local taxes are calculated and shown at checkout. Any additional customs duties or import taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility and are paid on delivery. For details, contact customs in your country before ordering.
Address Changes & Failed Delivery
Shipping addresses can only be changed before the order ships. Contact info@shopandbeauty.com as soon as possible. If a package fails delivery after two attempts, it is returned to our warehouse. We'll reach out to arrange a re-ship (second shipping fee applies) or refund minus the return cost.
