Orders & Shipping
We ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery takes 2–5 business days within the region and 7–14 days internationally.
Yes, shipping is free on orders over $50. For smaller orders, shipping costs $7.50.
You'll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. You can also track orders from your account page.
Products
Yes, we source directly from authorized distributors for each brand. Every product comes with an authenticity guarantee.
All products have at least 12 months before expiry at time of shipping. The expiry date is printed on the packaging.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days for unopened products. Return shipping is free, and refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Account & Privacy
Yes, we offer guest checkout. You'll only need an email address and shipping address.
Send a request to privacy@shopandbeauty.com and we'll delete your account and personal data within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR.
