Refund Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The product must be in its original condition, unopened and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact support@shopandbeauty.com with your order number and reason. 2. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label. 3. Repack the product and attach the label. 4. Drop the package at the nearest shipping point.
Refund Processing Time
We process refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving the returned package. The funds may take an additional 5–10 business days to reach your account, depending on your bank.
Exceptions
Custom products, opened fragrances, and opened personal-care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Final sale items are non-refundable.
