The Lansinoh Therapearl can be used warm to facilitate milk flow before breastfeeding or pumping. It can also be used cold to help relieve pain and swelling.
Each Therapearl pack should be heated separately in the microwave. Place the pack inside the provided cloth cover and heat for a maximum of 15 seconds. If needed, you can add additional heating in 5-second intervals.
Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Always place the pack inside the cloth cover before applying to the skin.
Lansinoh Therapearl should be applied for no more than 20 minutes at a time.
Clean the packs with mild soap, detergent, or alcohol.
