Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
Gulf (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan): 2–4 business days. Türkiye: 2–5 days. EU & UK: 4–7 days. Russia & Belarus: 7–14 days. Rest of world: 10–20 business days. The clock starts from order confirmation, not from when you placed it.
Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
Free to the Gulf and Jordan (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan) — no minimum order, at any basket size. Everywhere else pays a flat per-country rate: Türkiye $3, EU $12.50–$14 depending on country, UK $15, Russia $18, United States and Canada $25. The exact charge is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm. We don't reach every country yet — if yours isn't served, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Carriers & Tracking
We partner with Aramex, SMSA, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Yurtiçi, CDEK and Russian Post depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once the package ships, and it also appears on your order page under /account/orders. For tracking help, write to info@shopandbeauty.com.
Customs & International Duties
Catalog prices include VAT. Where import duties apply to your destination we calculate them and collect them at checkout as a separate line — a flat per-country fee, e.g. KSA $4, Qatar $7, Kuwait $10 — so you see the full amount before confirming rather than being asked for it on delivery. Anything your customs authority charges beyond what we collected remains the recipient's responsibility.
Address Changes & Failed Delivery
Shipping addresses can only be changed before the order ships. Contact info@shopandbeauty.com as soon as possible. If a package fails delivery after two attempts, it is returned to our warehouse. We'll reach out to arrange a re-ship (second shipping fee applies) or refund minus the return cost.
